Now, let me acquaint you with an introduction and why I started this blog.
I’m Sharon Mueni, my friends call me Sha or Shazzy. I consider knowing Christ and being born again the greatest gift in this world. My boast and joy is that Christ is mine forever and I belong to Him. But let’s back track a bit before Christ saved me. Back in highschool I used to be that friend people come for counsel, frankly speaking I would give counsel based on all the motivational speakers I would listen to and my own life experiences. One thing was crystal clear though I absolutely enjoyed listening and encouraging others.
Fast-forward on campus at 23yrs old that is when I got to truly understand the gospel that I am a sinner who is desperately in need of a Savior.While serving in the discipleship ministry in the local church I was attending then , it was rubber stamped how much I enjoyed listening and now giving counsel that was based on the Bible and the flip side as well I love seeking Godly counsel from the people God has placed around me. My love for the Bible and how to practically apply it to the issues of life led me to start pursuing biblical counseling. This blog was started with that love of desiring to take Scripture and applying it to the issues of life.
Do you wonder if the Bible is sufficient to answer the issues of life? Then you are at the right place. I will seek to be faithful to take different topics, grind them through Scripture and provide practical ways to live the truths there in. My goal and joy is to point you to Christ.
Besides enjoying biblical counseling, blogging, I enjoy podcasts,good thrilling movie and if it has a sense of humor even better, music ,heartfelt deep conversations and combine that with a hearty laughter, I enjoy trying our new things like I cut my hair and dyed to try out lol. I think watching the sun rise with a hot cup of coffee or tea with the background jazz instrumental is magical!
